Glendi Greek Festival
| What: | Every year, St. George Cathedral offers thousands of visitors from far and near the best in traditional Greek foods, pastries, music, dancing, and old-fashioned Greek hospitality. In addition, we will be offering activities for children including games and a bounce house,a Greek cultural and art exhibit, tours of our historic Cathedral and Byzantine Chapel,various vendors from all of the East Coast and a joyful atmosphere that the whole family will enjoy. THERE'S NOTHING QUITE LIKE GLENDI! JOIN US FOR A WONDERFUL, FAMILY-FRIENDLY EVENT! Some of the weekend's attractions include: Live Music all weekend Cathedral and Byzantine Chapel tours on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday Glendi Dancers 8 pm on Friday, 5:20 and 8 pm on Saturday; 4 pm on Sunday The New St. George Adult Dancers will perform at 8:30 on Saturday and 4:30 on Sunday St. Luke Dancers at 2 pm, 5 pm, and 5:45 pm on Saturday Cretan Musicians and Dancers 2 and 8:30 on Saturday; 4:30 on Sunday Raffle drawing on Sunday at 6 pm Friday - 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday - 12 noon to 11 p.m. Sunday - 12 noon to 7 p.m |
